FIRST TERM – ORGANISER

S.A. DAMM, with Spanish tax number A08000820 and registered address in Barcelona, at Carrer de Rosselló, 515, is launching a promotion that will be governed as per the following terms.

 

SECOND TERM – DATES

This promotion will begin on 7 March 2022 and will run until 16 May 2022.

Entry requests will not be accepted after the end date established for the promotion.

 

THIRD TERM – GEOGRAPHICAL SCOPE OF THE PROMOTION

This promotion will be valid in Catalonia and Andorra.

 

FOURTH TERM – TARGET AUDIENCE OF THE PROMOTION

This promotion is aimed at those aged 18 or over who are consumers of 1/3 L and 1/5 L bottles of Estrella Damm through the restaurants and bars channel.

 

FIFTH TERM – HOW IT WORKS

The promotion works as follows:

By collecting 30 promotional labels from 1/3 l and 1/5 l bottles of Estrella Damm, the participants will have the chance to win one of 14,000 tickets/invitations to Sónar 2022’s opening concert featuring Nathy Peluso, which will take place on 16 June 2022. Participants will need to visit www.estrelladamm.com/sonar to enter the codes printed on the back of the labels.

To be entered into the promotion, participants will need to register by entering their name, surname, email address for communication purposes, ID number and postal code. Once the registration is complete, they can enter the codes on the website. Each code can only be entered once, and each person will be able to get a maximum of two tickets/invitations, either by direct invitation or through the draw.

The first 7,000 people to enter 30 label codes will win a ticket/direct invitation to the concert. Once they have qualified for their ticket, they will receive an email containing a link that will redirect them to the website of a ticketing service so they can access their ticket. To do so, they will have to download the app of the ticketing service and register by entering their name, surname, email address, telephone number and date of birth. All other participants who enter 30 label codes after these first 7,000 tickets/invitations have been allocated will be entered into a draw to win one of the remaining 7,000 tickets/invitations.

Those users who enter 30 codes during the draw stage and win one or two tickets/invitations from the draw will receive an email containing a link that will redirect them to the website of a ticketing service. In order to access the ticket/invitation, they will need to download the ticketing service app and register by entering their name, surname, email address, phone number and date of birth.

The draw for the remaining 7,000 tickets will take place on 19 May 2022 before the Notary Public of Barcelona Mr José Alberto Marín Sánchez, based at Carrer de la Diputació, 268.

The information aimed at the participants of this promotion will be included in the promotional design of the bottleneck labels, on the promotional labels on the back of 1/3 l and 1/5 l Estrella Damm bottles, and in other advertising materials.

The prize cannot be redeemed for its cash value.

 

SIXTH TERM – PRIZES

The prize is a ticket/invitation to Sónar 2022’s opening concert featuring Nathy Peluso.

 

SEVENTH TERM – VERIFICATION AND MODIFICATION OF THESE TERMS

The terms of this promotion will be verified by the Barcelona Notary Public Mr José Alberto Marín Sánchez, based at Carrer de la Diputació, 268.

In the event that the relevant authorities impose a reduction of the venue capacity due to COVID-19, the number of winners will be limited to match this requirement.

The winners will comply with any measures related to COVID-19 that are established by the organisers to access the venue.

The winners waive their right to file any claims against S.A. DAMM and the Organisers of Sónar 2022’s opening concert should it be cancelled due to COVID-19 or any other circumstance of force majeure.

S.A. DAMM expressly reserves the right to cancel, modify, extend, change or suspend this promotion at any time and without prior notice.

 

EIGHTH TERM – PERSONAL DATA

Given the procedure for the promotion described herein and in compliance with the applicable regulations, the participants of this promotion are informed that their data will be processed by S.A. DAMM for the sole purpose of managing the promotion and allocating the prizes to the corresponding winners.

Furthermore, by completing the form to enter the promotion, the participants expressly consent to their data being processed so that the requested services can be managed, attended to and provided, in accordance with the information that is provided when registering for the promotion regarding the purpose, legitimacy and recipients of the data.

The fields marked with an asterisk on said form are strictly necessary for participation in the promotion.

The participants of this promotion may exercise their rights regarding access, rectification, erasure and portability of their data, and to restrict or oppose the processing of said data through the following postal address: S.A DAMM, At. NINTH TERM – EXCLUSIONS

Any person working at S.A. DAMM and/or distributors or family members are expressly excluded from participating in this promotion, as well as any other person who is directly or indirectly involved in the creation and/or running of this promotion.

People under 18 years of age are excluded from this promotion and from using the ticket/invitation to Sónar 2022’s opening concert featuring Nathy Peluso.

TENTH TERM – ACCEPTANCE

Participation in this promotion implies the full acceptance of these Terms and the express submission to any interpretative decisions made by S.A. DAMM.

In the event of a discrepancy between the participants of the promotion and the way in which these Terms are interpreted by S.A. DAMM, the competent authorities for any court cases that may arise will be the Courts of the city of Barcelona, with the participants of this promotion waiving their own jurisdiction.
