1. ORGANISING COMPANY

S.A. DAMM, with Spanish tax identification number A08000820 and registered office in Barcelona, Calle Rosselló, 515, plans to launch a promotion that will unfold as per the provisions of these terms. 

2. DATES OF THE PROMOTION

This promotion will start on 11 May 2018 and end on 27 May 2018. 

Competition entries will not be accepted after the aforementioned end date. 

3. SCOPE OF THE PROMOTION

This promotion will only be valid within Spain. 

4. TARGET OF THE PROMOTION

This promotion is aimed at residents of Spain aged over 18 years. 

5. HOW THE PROMOTION WORKS

The process for qualifying to win any of the prizes associated with this promotion is as follows: 

Participants must register on the Estrella Damm website (www.estrelladamm.com) between 11 and 27 May 2018 inclusive. 

One person from among all those who register during the promotional period will be awarded, by means of a draw conducted through the random winner selection website _________, 8 passes to attend the 8 festivals listed in the following section. 

In addition, at the beginning of each month and until December 2018, the winner will receive the monthly timetable of cultural events sponsored by S.A. DAMM and will be given tickets for two people to attend the concert or play of their choosing (once per month), subject to availability. In the event that the winner does not select a concert or play in any given month, the prize will not carry over and the winner will not be able to receive extra tickets during a subsequent month. 

6. PRIZES

The prizes received by the winner will be a total of 8 passes to attend the following music festivals (one pass for each festival):  

- Sónar (14 to 16 June)
- Aphonica (14 to 17 June)
- Vida (28 June to 1 July)
- Clownia (28 June to 1 July)
- Rock Fest (5 to 7 July)
- Canet Rock (7 July)
- Cruilla (12 to 14 July)
- White Summer (dates to be confirmed)

In addition, each month the winner will receive a ticket for two people to attend a concert or a play that can be chosen from a selection of options (until December 2018 and subject to availability). 

Under no circumstances can the prizes be exchanged for their cash value. 

7. REGISTRATION OF THE TERMS AND AMENDMENTS 
    
The terms of this promotion will be registered before the Notary Public of Barcelona: Mr José-Alberto Marín Sánchez, Calle Diputació, 268, entlo. 

S.A. DAMM expressly reserves the right to cancel, modify, extend, amend or suspend this promotion at any point and without prior notice. 

8. PERSONAL DATA

Through the described promotional procedure and in compliance with the law currently in force, the data of the participants of the promotion will be processed by S.A. DAMM for the purpose of managing the promotion and allocating the prizes to the corresponding winners. 

Furthermore, by completing the registration form for the promotion, participants give their express consent for their personal data to be processed so that the requested services can be managed, addressed and provided in accordance with the information provided at the time of registration regarding the purpose, legitimacy and recipients of the data. 

The fields marked with an asterisk on said form must be completed in order to participate in the promotion. 

All participants of this promotion may exercise their rights to access, modify, delete and move their data, and to limit or oppose their processing by writing to the following address: S.A. DAMM REF. PROTECCIÓN DE DATOS: C/ Rosselló, nº 515, 08025 Barcelona. Communications via email to solicitud@infoclientes.com for this purpose will also be valid. 

9. EXCLUSIONS

All S.A. DAMM personnel and/or Damm distributors and their relatives, as well as any other persons directly or indirectly related to the creation and execution of this promotion are expressly excluded from participating in the promotion. 

Persons under 18 years old are also excluded from this promotion. 

10. ACCEPTANCE

Participation in this promotion implies complete acceptance of these terms and the express compliance with any interpretative decisions made by S.A. DAMM regarding said terms.

The resolution of any dispute that may arise regarding the interpretation of these terms will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts, and any other jurisdiction that may apply will be rejected.
